If you’re a mom with a green thumb, or just enjoy flowers as one of nature’s simple beauties, come to the Houston Orchid Society’s 2014 Orchid expo and sale!
Located in the Grand Hall at the Houston Museum of Natural Science, this show features various exhibits, which will display orchids and orchid arrangements, collectables, orchid corsages and more. Each exhibit will also be judged and selected for a first, second, and third place prize, and sales booths will be set up for patrons to purchase orchids and orchid gardening supplies.
Educational information is also available for those who want to learn more about these charming flowers. Admission is free and the show takes place Saturday April 12 through Sunday April 13, so come prepared to be delighted by these little wonders of nature!
