Building your child’s confidence in reading will help them become stronger writers, speakers, and students! Houston Museum of Nature Science Sugarland hosts the PAWS Reading Program each Friday and Saturday at 10am, where children have to opportunity to read, or just listen, a new book or even old favorite to some adoring canine companions.
The trained therapy dogs are wonderful listeners, and even younger children can gather around to hear an amazing tale about animals. We love the opportunity to mix with other children, learn a new story, as well as some meet some wonderful furry friends!
