Naturally Alleviating Stretch Marks

Whether you’re a new mommy, or a mother of four, one thing we all could use less of are unwanted stretch marks that come with pregnancy. Some women can get stretch marks in several different areas of their body that them feel self-conscience. Here is an amazing way to get rid of those unwanted stretch marks naturally.

You will need the following items:

-coffee grinds
-olive oil
-bowl
-spoon
-towel
-microwave
-warm water
-moisturizer

Follow these easy steps:

1. Mix the olive oil and coffee grinds until they become a paste form.

2. Once you’re done making the paste, massage it into the skin for five minutes.

3. Now, grab your warm towel and wrap it around the pasted area, and keep it on there for twenty to twenty-five minutes.

4. When time is up, remove the towel and wash off the paste with warm water.

5. Apply your moisturizer.

Tip: Have your towel ready in the microwave to use in step #4.  One minute or two should be fine, depending how warm it feels to you.

Try this once to three times a week and you should start to notice results in at least two weeks or so. Let us know how it goes!
