Morning Motivation and How to Cultivate it!

Make sure you always get a full night of rest, even if that means going to bed early! You don’t want to cut yourself short; you’ll definitely feel it later! Make sure to avoid caffeine before bed as well, and create a sleep schedule that you stick to each day.

Morning time can be hectic, but if you have a game plan, things can run smoother! Have yours, and your children’s outfits already picked out, and lunches made, to make mornings easier.

Everyone gets annoyed from the buzzing alarm clock. Lighten your mood in the mornings with your favorite songs, to get in a positive mood!

Making your bed– it doesn’t need to be perfect– can help you feel less stressed as you’re heading to bed, which is just what you  need!

Have you ever tried essential oils? Spice it up in the morning by lighting a candle, or a diffuser with essential oils that wake you up and get those senses going!

You can even read a book outside in the fresh morning air. This is sure to refresh you, and get the morning off to a good, relaxed start.
